Welcome fair 2021
10am - 4pm
Come and meet us at the UCL Welcome Fair where we will be delighted to introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have! This is also an opportunity to sign up to our mailing list, as we send out a weekly newsletter with all necessary information throughout the year (if you are unable to make the fair and wish to talk to us or sign up to the mailing list, please send us an e-mail!).
Welcome meeting + pub crawl
6pm - 8pm
We will be hosting a Welcome meeting and Introductory talk for any prospective members. This will allow us to introduce the committee, club activities, our prospective calendar and talk about Teams for anyone interested (trials take place 2 days later so please let us know as soon as possible, preferably before the meeting if Teams interest you. Please see below). You will also be able to ask us questions and we will go out for a few drinks afterwards!

Team trials 2021
Wednesday 6th October
2pm - 4:30pm
Lee valley riding centre
Team trials will be hosted on Wednesday 6th October in the afternoon at Lee Valley Riding Centre.
Trials will run a bit like a BUCS competition: you will have 5 minutes to warm up with an unknown horse and will then have to complete a short dressage test. Shortlisted riders will then be assessed jumping a short course on another horse.
Price per rider: £15
If you are interested, please fill out the following survey and register your interest in the Facebook Event here. There is only limited space and we will have to make a selection based on what you tell us, so make sure you provide details! Please don't exaggerate your level as the horses used at trials may not be adapted to your capabilities: our priority is for riders, horses and people on the ground to remain safe and sound!
We will be meeting in front of the Bloomsbury theatre (TBC) and make our way to Lee Valley on public transport: please bring a valid Oyster card/contactless card!
